I loved your great input to the Summer Morning Choir. I learned such a lot and enjoyed the way you kept us buzzing from start to finish. If I may say, you are an excellent teacher and a very talented musician. I loved the way you always had some new fact to deliver via the screen: some of Byrd's wonderful music or the conductor who used his eyes to lead the orchestra." Our wonderful wedding was enhanced by Bill and Hilary's music, particularly the special rendition of two songs, About Time Theme and A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square. We had of course an early indication of how good it would be at the rehearsal, where their input was much valued. Bill and Hilary's performance was absolutely fantastic for our care home. They prepared song sheets for the residents to read from which was a great help, and engaged so well with everyone. Everything we asked of them, they were happy to do and they gave a most wonderful afternoon of fun for everyone. Their setlist was perfect for Care Home residents, singing classics that everyone knew from childhood as well as later in life!

My wife and I thought my mother's funeral was obviously a very sad occasion but also, in so many ways, quite magical. Everyone who played a part in it did incredibly well, not least you with your wonderful rendering of A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square. Your contribution was particularly moving.

You make a formidable team and touch so many areas of the community. You have made an enormous contribution to the church, to the rugby club, The Morning Star Inn and most importantly transformed the singing of the Lincoln Scottish Association. When will we see your like again?

What a wonderful celebration. I cannot tell you how much we all enjoyed it from start to finish. Mr Jones was obviously enjoying it all and your combined love of music gives such pleasure to everyone.

David and I would like to thank you for giving Mark such a wonderful introduction to the world of jazz. He loves playing in the band and described the last concert as the best thing he'd ever done.

We are particularly grateful for the time you have taken working with our child. You have been an inspiration to them and given them the confidence to have a go and enjoy performing. Your non-elitist approach to music has also reaped huge benefits and brought out many talents that might otherwise have remained undiscovered.

We will all miss you and the wonderful job you have done at St Mary's. The music is so impressive and I was so impressed with the standard. Well done!

You and Hilary have brought so much to SG and have made it into the wonderful, happy, caring school that it is.
